Rules of the Competition

The National High School Mock Trial Championship is governed by the Rules of the Competition.  All teams are responsible for ensuring that the conduct of persons associated with their teams complies with the Rules of the Competition throughout the National Championship.

The NHSMTC Board of Directors amended the Rules of the Competition in August 2026. The amended Rules are below.
